Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a mature and hardworking individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will be a team leader who can multitask effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where fun is at the heart of everything we do, then this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
• Assist Owner with Daily Operations
• Maintaining Inventory and Ordering Supplies
• Assist with Employee Scheduling
• Monitor and enforce safety rules on the mini-golf courses
• Assist with special events/parties and promotions as needed
• Food/Ice Cream Service
• Counter Work: Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years prior Management Experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Ability to be a Team Leader (must possess both communication & interpersonal skills)
• Self-Motivated with Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Must be able to work 25-32 hours per week including: days, evenings, weekends and/or Holidays as needed
• Enthusiastic about providing exceptional service and creating a fun atmosphere for guests
